Only one species in this genus (WoRMS, 2017) -

The hairy crab is found from Kronotsky Bay on the Pacific side of Kamchatka and from Cape Khairyuzov on the Sea of Okhotsk side of Kamchatka to Sendai Bay (along the Pacific coast of Honshu Island) and to the Tsushima Strait. In American waters, it is found in the eastern part of the Bering Sea (near the Pribylov Islands and St. Matthew), along the Aleutian ridge, off the coast of the Alaska Peninsula. It lives at depths from 10 to 400m. (Slizkin, 2006)
